Additional Information
Order the longest possible tube for your ceiling height. Please add an additional 5" to the tube length to allow for the ceiling mounting hook and air deflector at the bottom of the tube. For example, if you have a 9 foot high ceiling you would order the 8 foot tube. With top hook and bottom deflector, the total length will be about 8 feet 5 inches and the 90 degree air deflector at bottom of the tube will be about 7 inches off the floor.
Standard Tubes are powered from below and include a removable air deflector scoop at the bottom.
Industrial Tubes are powered from the top or bottom, can be cut to the desired length, and include an extra long DC extension cord. Longer power cords can be made using male and female DC power leads and light 2 conductor wire (22 gauge wire is good up to 25 feet). After cutting tube to the desired length, the bottom edge is folded and either taped or sewn into a cuff around a supplied stiffening ring.
Hot-Tubes have a lifetime limited warranty.
Should the motor fail during the lifetime of the original owner, Tube-Works will replace it at no charge. All other problems arising from normal use are covered for 5 years. Tube-Works alone will determine if the problem is due to a manufacturing defect. If so, Tube- Works will repair or replace the unit at its discretion and return it to you free of charge. This warranty does not cover return shipping to Tube-Works, damage or failure caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

We're incredibly confident Hot-Tubes will keep you more comfortable this winter - after all we developed and use them in our own homes. If for any reason you are not satisfied and wish to return your Hot-Tube, you may do so for 30 days from the time of purchase (original purchaser only) and we will refund the purchase price. Product must be returned undamaged and complete.
